Job Description:
Headway Corporate Resources is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for a great client located in Waltham, MA to assist with a very large end of year project. This is currently a contract opportunity for 3 months.

Requirements and qualifications are as follows.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Individual must be comfortable surveying elder care organizations via telephone about the services they offer. Must have the ability to probe further and ask follow-up questions when appropriate. They must possess excellent telephone skills and a professional mannerism both on the phone and in person. In addition, strong sales skills would be helpful but not required. Ability to use the internet to perform research is required Must be proficient in Excel/Word/Outlook.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individual will be responsible for telephonically researching available services for seniors within geographical areas and identifying gaps that may exist. They will also be responsible locating service options for these gaps. Additional duties may include follow-up with providers to obtain missing documentation and/or to determine interest in enrolling in a provider network. Other duties as needed.

Must be able to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.
