* 4 year college degree in Business, Engineering or a manufacturing related field
* Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
* Must live or can relocate to Northeast Indiana area
* 3+ years in a supervisory capacity
* Hands-on skills in manufacturing and knowledge with coating/finishing processes
* Have the ability to make critical decisions and be confident in your decision
* Enjoys working in a team building environment
* Must be able to show past examples where you have grown and developed others professionally
* 3+ years with continuous improvements with Lean Six Sigma techniques
