Job Description:
• Ensures that the Financial Service Center is open and ready to conduct business each business day.
• Orders and verifies currency shipments of the branch.
• Ensures that the branch balances all transactions at the close of each business day.
• Responsible for general maintenance, security, and safety of the branch.
• Ensures exceptional customer service is provided.
• Supervises and controls the activities of subordinate staff.
• Approves and denies loans within lending authority.
• Assists Business Development with Financial service Center promotions and membership drives.
• Promotes cross sales of the Credit Union products and services.
• Functions as a Financial Service Advisor, Financial Service Representative, and Financial Counselor.

Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED). College degree in Business, Finance or relate field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years progressively responsible experience in Financial Center operation.
• Minimum 2 years previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Service Representative, Financial Service Advisor, and loan policies.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills as well as analytical and problem- solving skills.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Some travel required.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
