Job Description:
Analyze and design the structural steel and reinforced concrete structures for coal processing and material handling facilities. Assist in design of projects of all sizes with defined cost parameters. Mentor structural Engineers.

Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:
Full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating assignments.
Plans and develops engineering projects concerned with unique problems involving complex equipment or process.
Demonstrates mastery in the engineering principles required for the solution of very complex design problems.
Documents knowledge in the form of drawings, feasibility studies, technical reports, design calculations, etc, insuring that information of possible future value is fully recoverable.
Interfaces and communicates with individuals and units within or outside the Engineering Department as well as with the Customers and Suppliers, with responsibility for acting independently on technical, project related matters.
Plans, organizes and supervises the work of a staff of engineers and designers.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum ten (10) years experience in Design Engineering.
Must have excellent oral and written English language skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.

EDUCATION
B.S. or M.S. degree in Civil Engineering.
Registered as a licensed Professional Engineer in Canada.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD or Inventor software.
