MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

1. The equivalent of five (5) or more years of full time experience as an Oracle Database Administrator with Unix based Oracle databases in the multi-terabyte range.
2. The equivalent of three (3) or more years of full time experience in a project involving databases of health care claims and/or health care eligibility data and/or other highly confidential data in a government agency or a company involved in the administration, implementation or operation of a health care program, such as Medicaid, Medicare or a third party health insurance company

Job Requirements:
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

1. The Project Manager II position should demonstrate at least two years experience with supervising other staff in the execution of complex programming and analytic assignments.

2. Experience with multi-terabyte Oracle databases and the special challenges they pose.

3. Experience with client-specific confidential data, especially experience in an environment in which HIPAA requirements must be met.

4. Experience with medical claims, especially Medicaid claims.

5. Experience working closely with staff of various levels of computer literacy
