Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound/outbound calls while demonstrating/maintaining quality customer service and program standards • Responsible for data entry for assigned program • Maintain a high level of work ethic and a positive attitude • Spell back and verify all information entered with the caller • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Maintain passing monitoring scores on a weekly/monthly basis • Possess the ability to work in a fast paced environment • Provide callers with accurate information as provided in the script and help screens • Produce work that is accurate, thorough, honest and professional • Possess/maintain the practical/technical knowledge required with the changes and developments of the program(s) • Other duties as assigned or directed
Job Requirements:
Education or Training: • High School diploma or equivalent is required
