Job Description:
We are looking for the right person to work with our clients and
prepare, file and follow-up with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases
Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect and draft the required documents for the filing and management of the case
Prepare and file consumer bankruptcies (Chapters 7 and 13) from beginning to end
Prepare and file motions and responses
Manage your own docket and ensure that all due dates and diligence are met in a timely manner.
Min one year experience required in above duties and in:
Best Case software.
ECF, Pacer, Court and Trustee websites.
Timematters software experience helpful.
Job Requirements:
Work professionally, with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
Excellent organization skills, detail oriented, able to multitask effectively
Take initiative to ensure completion of projects and effectively prioritize work flow
