Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting Customers and sales reps with placing Quotes and Orders
Researching Product information and availability from vendors
Receive orders via Phone, Fax, Email
Processing Orders and Tracking shipping Status
Answering customer inquires
Maintain Database of qualified prospects for sales team
Remote Inventory Management and research
Coordinate sales proposals and closings with field sales reps

Job Requirements:
