MAKE, a fast growing paint-your-own pottery studio, is looking for sales driven leaders with management experience in the retail environment. If you have a passion for outstanding customer service and have proven you can be an active organizer in the store, then this position might be right for you.

Job Requirements:
Applicants should be capable of breaking down sales goals, maintaining inventory, building store traffic and motivating your staff. You must possess solid communication skills, customer service and a proven ability to multi-task. We are seeking a talented individual with passion for working with people of all ages and skill levels. Weekend availability is required.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Being proactive in generating sales
• Developing a strong team
• Keeping the staff motivated
• Drive traffic to the store
• Assist with parties
