Seeking Assistant Extraordinaire for growing Talent Agency

Katalyst a talent agency located in Northern Kentucky is seeking a full time assistant.
Job duties include managing heavy phone volume, and you should have top notch phone and customer service skills. You will be managing all paperwork and communication with talent. You should have strong computer skills. The position includes a great deal of data entry and work with Photo Shop.

You will manage our open calls once a month on Saturdays and the occasional workshop on Sunday. Position all requires light office maintenance.

We are looking for someone to begin working part time in the office to learn the position and then take over for our current assistant when she leaves at the beginning of the year.

I am looking for a person with a great personality, good sense of humor. You should be able to multi-task and be down to earth.

Pay will increase with length of time you are with the company. It will be reviewed every 6 months for the first two years and once a year thereafter.

Pay is negotiable.
