Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. To function as a liaison between Company and
customer to provide On-Time Delivery.
2. Monitor customer systems to pull Purchase
Orders, Release Schedules and any other pertinent
information.
3. Report all Delivery, Shipping and Scheduling
information to the customer.
4. Follow up with internal departments to ensure
delivery schedules are being met.
5. Communicate Pre-Shipment instructions
appropriately.
6. Enter Notification of Release to prompt the
Shipping Department for On-Time Delivery.
7. Provide Order / Inventory status as required by
customer specifications.
8. Control inventory liabilities, including
disposition of expired goods.

Requirements:
1. 1-3 years CSR experience preferred but not
required.
2. High school diploma or GED required.
3. Excellent time management, organizational,
written and verbal communication skills. “Can-do”,
“go-getter” attitude.
4. Basic computer skills with a proficiency in
Excel.
5. Ability to handle telephone conversations in a
courteous and professional manner.
6. Ability to work effectively with employees of all
levels within the company.
7. Must be able to work under pressure and
multi-task.
8. Must be able to deal calmly in difficult
situations and with difficult people.
9. Ability to independently execute day-to-day
workflow processes.
10. Proven, results oriented team player.
11. Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop and reach for
8-hours.
12. Must possess visual acuity in order to check
color proofs, read and see information on printed
pictures.
13. Must be able to pass drug, alcohol and
background screenings.
