Job Description:
This key plant staff position will be responsible for integrating organizational functions, manufacturing systems, and business processes into a highly effective plant supply chain system.
Duties include:
• Developing and maintaining an effective MRP system fully integrated through the current and future ERP system;
• Managing the supply chain budget;
• Providing education for site personnel;
• Championing and driving continuous improvement in supply and value chain;
• Managing key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs);
• Leading various commercial and supply chain projects.

Job Requirements:
Education: 4-year degree required; Supply Chain, Logistics, Technical, Industrial Management or similar discipline preferred.
Required skills:
• 7+ years experience in food materials management, production planning, and inventory control;
• 2+ years experience as a member of a plant leadership management team;
• Working knowledge of MRP concepts and ERP-based production and replenishment planning techniques;
• APICS CPIM preferred.
