INBOUND CALL CENTER- MULTIPLE SCHEDULES!!
Entry level and experienced welcome. Basic computer skills, ANY customer service background including retail, sales, food service and others and HS grad or higher is all you need to get started. NO selling or telemarketing with our positions.
As an Account Representative, you will handle billing related calls from customers of National companies in order to process payments, set up payment plans on past due accounts, address billing issues/inquiries, and general customer service.
