Job Description:
Seeking experienced manufacturing manager with knowledge precision molded elastomeric products for medical or pharmaceutical industry to lead operations at multi-plant operation in Central New Jersey.

Shall:

*** Lead team to meet production goals in a timely and accurate manner.

*** Oversee product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply constraints, schedules and staffing requirements to meet given operational objectives and business unit goals.

*** Develop and implement annual operating plan, operating budget and capital budgets.

*** Champion quality improvement, Lean and six sigma programs at the site.

*** Reduce cost and waste and improve productivity.

*** Identify and develop leadership within the team.

*** Host customers during site visits and product line meetings.

*** Establish environmental, health and safety policies and procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other safety and health requirements.
