Senior Accountant

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and analyze general ledger and cost analysis
• Prepare and maintain trial balance accounts
• Prepare and post month-end entries
• Prepare bank reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliation on a monthly basis
• Ensure all payroll entries are accurate and recorded in a timely manner
• Fixed asset management
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
• Prepare all statutory returns (Sales Tax, Property Tax, etc.)

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
The highly-qualified candidate will possess 3+ years relevant work experience in distribution and advanced Excel knowledge. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
