MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibilities include working internally with the portfolio managers on proprietary model and portfolio analyses and the optimal use of model alphas in portfolio construction and enhancements and performance reporting.
• Become the operational point of contact for client portfolios.
• Ensure accurate portfolio positions are reflected on a day to day and periodical basis.
• Monitor and facilitate the monthly performance reporting using our proprietary system
• Escalate any potential operational risk and other reconciliation items to the Portfolio Managers
• Respond to ad-hoc queries raised by the Portfolio Managers in a timely fashion
• Complete portfolio research projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:
OUR REQUIREMENTS

• College Degree or equivalent
• Relevant experience in an asset management, custody or investment bank environment.
• Knowledge of the performance process and calculations would be considered an advantage.
• Product knowledge - Equities, Fixed Income, Futures and derivatives
• Detailed understanding of Portfolio Management, Investment markets and settlement practices
• Strong PC skills, specifically Excel skills (Advanced + VBA)
• Analytically minded with strong problem resolving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities to meet internal and external deadlines.
• Must be a team player
