-Software Engineer - Back-end:
o Web 2.0 experience
o Significant experience in Java, PHP on MVC platform
o Object Oriented design and development
o Solid development skills
o Comfortable in a Unix environment
-Software Engineer - Front-end:
oExperience in XHTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript and comfortable in a Unix environment
oStrong design skills. Ability to support visual design
oKnowledge of common design tools and common PHP Frameworks
oExperience with different web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari)
-C, C++, .Net, Ruby on Rails, Django are plusses
-BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.MS preferred.
-Highly entrepreneurial, flexible and extremely hard working. "Gets things done"
-Good verbal and written communication skills
-Must work well both in a small team environment and on own

Join a world class team of 20+ engineers and PhDs from top schools such as Harvard, Stanford, MIT, and Cal. After 1 year of hard work, we will be launching our beta in October. If you are brilliant and you don't have experience with PHP, which is what we are using, you should still apply since you could learn quickly. We are only looking for software engineers at this time.
This is an equity only opportunity plus salary once we are funded. Our beta will be released in August; with some success we will be able to raise venture capital.
