Job Description: The Client Services Manager plays a critical role in HireVues mission to deliver world-class customer service to all of our clients and candidates. We view the job interview as a potentially life changing experience and we ensure that everything and everyone is taken care of in the best possible manner. This position will primarily be responsible for leading new customer implementations and all aspects of account growth and support including candidate support and administration. Successful individuals must be willing to spend time on the phone with customers and candidates around the world to guarantee the highest quality service. It also requires an entrepreneurial perspective and the ability to flex between multiple competing priorities and projects. The ideal candidate will have the capability to deliver top-notch service while working as needed on projects with all of our functions including operations, sales, marketing, etc. We are looking for a real team player who is looking for the chance to expand their skills and grow in a fun, fast-paced start-up environment. You will work hard and on all sorts of projects, and we guarantee that you will have the experience of a lifetime. This position will be located in HireVue's Salt Lake City, UT office.
General Summary of Operations and Support Representative:
Willing to go to the ends of the earth to provide solutions and support to clients and their candidates. Lead new customer implementations including account set up and new user training, in person, via webinar and phone. Provide ongoing account management and development support to maximize revenue opportunities. First point of contact for all phone and web based support needs from customers and their candidates. Ability to develop and improve operational processes associated with customer and candidate support. Provide operational support including packaging and shipping webcams and customer collateral as needed. Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM tools, understand and correctly use Customer Service Tools. Ability to create and analyze reports from internal systems and in Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of Adobe Flash Player, webcams and familiarity with multiple operating systems and multiple web browsers. Demonstrate clear and polite written and oral communication, maintain a positive and professional demeanor and portray the company and customers in a positive light. Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for email response times and phone service levels. Projects in support of operations, sales, marketing, etc. as assigned.
Job Requirements: Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Experience in unstructured fast growing environments a plus Ability to work independently to achieve customer success Spanish or European French fluency is highly valued Experience with phone and online customer service Moderate technical support skill Excellent Internet Navigation Skills Experience working under pressure in a high-energy environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Working knowledge of corporate recruiting processes valued but not required Desire to join a fast growing company at the ground floor
Hours: Full-time Monday - Friday with flexibility to work as needed during nights and weekends.
