Job Description:
Headway Corporate Resources is currently seeking a City Government Budget Analyst for a client in the New York, NY area.

Candidates applying for this position as a Budget Analyst must have prior experience working for a city government agency, in a Finance/Accounting Division.

Budget Analyst will assist in all analysis and operations related to the Finance Division including:

• analysis and reporting of Personal Services, Other than Personal Services, Overtime, Grants and Capital budgets
• prepare required and ad-hoc reports
• prepare and execute internal, external and support documents
• assist in the analysis of all Finance functions, operations, and protocols
• act as back-up to all Finance positions as needed
• Perform special projects as needed
