Job Description:
Provide technical assistance and consulting with regard to accounting, supply chain and distribution software applications. Train end users, technical support personnel and management staff on these applications. Perform installation, training and support concerning the use of Microsoft Dynamics GP, Intellego, FRx, Microsoft SQL 2005 and other related software. Provide assistance to clients with various report writing tools. Answer questions or resolve software issues for clients in person, via telephone or electronic communication. Provide some basic assistance concerning other non-related computer software and hardware.
Job Requirements:
Minimum AA degree in computer field.
1-2 years computer related experience
Some overnight travel required
