Job Description:
This position is responsible for submitting loan files, obtaining loan approvals and clearing underwriting and closing conditions so as to insure a smooth on-time closing. In addition, these results must be produced in such a way that our clients have a positive experience that they are motivated to refer their family and friends to our firm. It is essential that you maintain excellent relationships with our referral partners, Team members, appraisers, underwriters, lender account executives and closing agents. Our goal is to establish and maintain a high level of personal service, education and commitment to client satisfaction in order to teach them the principles of Fiscal Literacy and maximize in and out-bound referrals from each transaction. Assist Referral Partners wherever possible to add true value to their business, team members and clients alike. You must commit to personal growth, team vision and taking action to accomplish individual and team results.

Job Requirements:
• Focus on closing loans as assigned to produce production results.
• Make required number of contacts each day, week and month to produce excellent communication results with our prospects, clients, referral sources and potential referral sources.
• Setup and maintain the integrity of client records in Calyx Point and update as needed.
• Communicate with Client Coordinator the information necessary to keep Push MX and LoanToolBox up-to-date.
• Work with the Inside Sales Specialist and Coordinator to insure fully completed loan applications and smooth client communication and education.
• Review and analyze client’s credit report and income documentation to meet underwriting guidelines and any possible red-flags.
• Coordinate and communicate with all parties the smooth closing of every loan.
• Review final HUD-1 with client prior to closing whenever possible to answer any questions or concerns before going to closing table.
• Other duties as needed.
