Job Description:
Torch Group, the leader in customized marketing talent solutions and multiple Weatherhead 100 recipient, has an immediate opening for a fulltime, Executive Recruiting Associate that will work closely with and support our partners and consultants and provide qualified candidates for our retained recruiting, interim staffing, project outsourcing and marketing consulting services to Fortune 1000 companies across the United States.
Key responsibilities include direct phone sourcing, identifying candidates in databases and social media, finding and producing resumes online, evaluating applicant resumes and screening the best candidates. You will be well versed in the latest technology and be able to use the best recruiting methods available.
Other responsibilities include some company/candidate research, reference checks, handling candidate phone and email inquiries, updating candidate profiles, preparing agreements and contracts, email recruiting campaigns, posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
You possess an outgoing, self-motivated sales personality, enjoy engaging people and building relationships and working in a team environment. Success-driven personality. The ideal candidate will be internet and technology savvy, inquisitive, self-motivated, intelligent and flexible. You must have a Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7+ years of related recruiting experience.
Job Requirements:
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
•Bachelor's degree.
•Experience in corporate or agency recruiting.
•5-7+ years sourcing and recruiting experience.
•Marketing, communications or advertising experience a plus.
SKILLS/CHARACTERISTICS
•Outstanding sales, phone presentation and written communication skills.
•Competency in sourcing and qualifying candidates.
•Proficient in outlook, databases, internet and social media.
•Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple searches.
