Shared Service Center is currently accepting applications for the following position:

Specialist-Banking Admin - AM/PM
Open and close bank accounts for Marriott International Inc. domestic and international operations. Provide properties with forms to request accounts and to obtain approval for new or changed accounts. Audit bank administration requests. Establish, prepare and distribute ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers in Marriott's cash concentration system. Analyze and resolve ACH problems. Explain ACH process, timing, accounting to ACH initiators. Research property questions relating to bank accounts. Annually instruct banks to send statement on Marriott's period-end dates. Analyze documents required by banks to establish bank accounts and coordinate review with Law Department to obtain approval as per the Patriot Act, bank requirements, and company policy. Maintain accurate electronic databases (e.g., PeopleSoft). Perform and communicate information processing requests from clients. Monitor and respond to inbound customer, client, and hotel communications. Perform area administrative duties, such as filing, faxing, scanning, and journal entry processing, as required. Identify issues and escalate to the appropriate person and/or department. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
