Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities: (all work will be done remotely from our office)
• Software troubleshooting and repair
• Installation of Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 onto computers
• Virus, Spyware, Adware, and Malware removal and repair
• Installation and removal of applications on computers
• Print Server installation and configuration
• General office help/ Fielding of calls
Job Requirements:
Required Technical Experience:
• Must be a Microsoft Certified Professional or better
• 2+ years experience providing tech support via telephone
• Well versed in all Microsoft Operating Systems and Major Microsoft software programs
• Strong proficiency in Norton Anti-Virus Corporate Edition 8.6 – 10.0, Symantic Antivirus, and NT Backup
• General knowledge of spam filtering applications
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Linksys wireless products
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP Networks
• Familiarity with PC Anywhere, Terminal Services/Remote Desktop, VNC
