Our client, located near Leominster, MA is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to develop, implement and manage domestic and international compensation programs, processes and policies. Also, responsible for research, data analysis recommendations. Work as part of a team to implement and administer compensation programs and respond to compensation issues and inquiries

BS/BA or equivalent experience and a minimum of three years compensation related experience. International compensation experience is a plus

Ability to work effectively and team with all levels within the organization Project/Program Management experience. Strong communication, computer (MS Office suite), HRIS (iVantage is a plus) and project management skills are required.
