Job Description:
Analyze, review & design the technical skills training content on steelmaking & materials science and engineering, develop & implement training and development programs for steel workers & mgmt staffs.
Req. Master in HR mgmt or closely related field, background of teaching college level on MSE, extensive knowledge on metallic materials and solids, mechanical properties of metallic materials, adult learning principles & educational psychology research methods. F/T. Necessary travel is required.
