Job Description:
Confidential Company seeking goal and sales oriented Managers to oversee and run one of our Atlanta area locations.
The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the location to successfully achieve sales goals while providing a superior experience for our clients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Provide day to day leadership, coaching, and customer care
-Drive business and sales forward to meet goals in the areas of product, retail, services, and gift certificate sales
-Meet necessary staffing levels
-Resolving client challenges
-Identify training needs
-Identify inventory needs
-Work with the marketing department and area business to coordinate promotional and marketing events to drive sales
-Promote an atmosphere that supports the company's mission, values, and vision
-Ability to work flexible hours when needed (must be fully available for holidays)
Qualifications include:
- Candidate must have previous management experience with a sales focus (retail, or other related field is a bonus)
-The drive to exceed targets
-Candidate must have excellent communication (verbal, written), and presentation skills
-Be able to represent the company in an extremely professional manner
-Superior guest service skills
-Ability to make quick decisions
-Enthusiasm and positive attitude
-Must be able to manage and motivate a diverse group of people

2-5 years management experience of at least 25 people
