Job Description:
This position is one of authority and responsibility for the clinical activity of an assigned patient care area. The Staff RN implements patient-related goals and objectives of the department of nursing to meet the age related developmental, biophysical, psychosocial, spiritual, environmental, self care, educational, discharge and transfer planning needs of the patient under their care. Assures delivery of quality patient care.
