Job Description: The Independent Consultant is a flexible position with unlimited growth potential. You will be responsible for ensuring that there is positive, constructive and balanced activity in your area. You will help to build a team of consultants and deliver training and communications that are consistent with the company’s strategic direction. Your focus is primarily on booking Arbonne parties, recruiting consultants and motivating your team of builders.
Job Requirements: Responsibilities include: •Network Marketing •Recruit Consultants and train them how to develop a balanced business that includes, sponsoring, consuming product, and retailing. •Teach the importance of Clients and Preferred Clients to your Consultants’ businesses and encourage them to recruit and activate consumers as well as Consultants. •Develop and effectively communicate an excellent knowledge of our Company, its Success Plan, and products. •Deliver a consistent corporate message on the various acceptable ways to conduct Arbonne’s business in the field. •Conduct meetings in concert with local business builders to promote the Company’s opportunity and products. •Coach, support, and foster a positive personal relationship with Consultants that will build confidence in our Company and the opportunity available to build an Arbonne business. •Work closely with leaders in their region to facilitate the growth of their businesses. •Provide product training.
Requirements •Must be able to work remotely •All educational backgrounds considered •Training experience is a plus. •Communication skills •Must work well independently and have strong interpersonal skills. •Possess a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your team •Ability to set high standards, consistently meet commitments, and possess a strong work ethic with integrity. •The number one requirement is MOTIVATION
