Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Associate will be responsible for interacting closely with corporate and client personnel in the maintenance of various quality assurance systems. This position will be responsible for the conduct of quality assurance-related activities.
Major Duties:
•Assist in the development of corporate and client documentation, including standard operating procedures, forms, batch records, and other documentation in support of quality assurance activities.
•Conduct document reviews for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to internal requirements and applicable regulations.
•Develop and manage client deviation and CAPA programs with tracking.
•Assist with detecting and documenting non-conforming activities and corrective/preventive actions.
•Conduct training on pertinent quality assurance issues and procedures.
•Participate in meetings with internal customers and clients on development of quality assurance procedures.
•Assist with coordination of outside vendor compliance services.
•Assist on projects as necessary.
•Some travel required.
Job Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline
•Training in GXPs
•Minimum of 2 years experience in quality assurance in a GXP environment
•Excellent computer skills: MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.
•Excellent presentation and written communication skills
•U.S. citizen
