Directs the modeling, analysis and evaluation of new investments, strategic and tactical business alternatives and business model profitability as they relate to organization objectives. Identifies complex business needs and develops solutions that require full integration of the company's strategies.

Responsible for leading small team of highly skilled analytical resources and performs complex financial studies through the collection, analysis and reporting of financial and operational market area data. Work is performed without appreciable direction working directly with the firm's senior level executives.

Detail orientation and the ability to meet inflexible deadlines. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prepare financial reports in a timely manner. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform a high volume of numerical detail work with speed and accuracy. Requires frequent use of personal computer, including computerized accounting system, word processing, database and spreadsheet programs.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 10 years of strategic business analysis experience
• Extensive Strategic Investment Modeling and Evaluation experience is required, preferably working for/with companies in the technology sector
• Significant stature and interpersonal skills to effectively influence organizational staff, functional peers and senior business leaders
• A balance of technical and commercial skills – must see him/herself as an integral part of the business, rather than providing purely a financial perspective.
• Private Equity Experience
• Equity Analyst Experience
• MBA from Top School Preferred.
