Job Description:
Conduct screening, intake, orientation and assessment of clients. Implement therapeutic treatment using methods of planning, case management and crisis intervention to assist clients in overcoming substance abuse and mental health disorders. Utilize evidence-based theories and techniques to effectively counsel individuals, groups and families. Actively engage in the role of group facilitator. Integrate discharge planning throughout the treatment process. Prepare and maintain records for assigned caseload.
Job Requirements:
Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Psychology or in Human Services. LCSW or LPC with substance abuse and mental health experience. Fluent in Spanish and English and must be bicultural.
