Job Description:

Job Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years loan processing experience.
Experience must be in the last year.
Maintain open communication with internal and external customers.
Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and VA Guidelines.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Knowledge of Windows-based products.
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
Demonstrated teamwork and customer service skills.
The ability to multi-task, attention to detail and organizational skills are required. Applicants should be independent go-getters who are enthusiastic about teamwork and achieving results.
