Job Description:
As part of our strategic growth, Amdocs is currently seeking a Sr. PC Support Technician located in Denver
Deliver technical support and assistance to users of personal computers and portable computers and associated applications. This is a customer-facing role that requires direct interaction with the users and their equipment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to trouble tickets
• Assess problems and create technical solutions
• Deploy equipment and software products
• Coordinate with server administrators as needed
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in a PC Support role
• Experience with Windows workstations and associated applications and desktop equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required
• Ability to excel in a highly customer-focused environment. The ability to interact successfully with the customer and meet customer expectations
• Experience with Windows server infrastructure and Active Directory is a plus
• Experience with Windows scripting (VBscript or Powershell) a plus
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server a plus skills
