Job Description:
Successful, International company is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for participating in a full suite of accounting functions including: A/P, A/R, general ledger, payroll, vendor relations, and day-to-day items such as invoices. This position also involves some travel! How many Staff Accountants get to travel? In this role you will be supporting the companies interest at several major events throughout the year. To support these events, you will be handling payroll, invoice processing, ensuring all licenses, insurance, and documentation is current.
The ideal person for this role has 3+ years of accounting experience, is someone who thrives in a quick ever-changing environment, has strong organizational skills, and is an excellent communicator. This is a fast-moving company small company so you will need to be able to multi-task and prioritize. Our people wear many hats but that is what we love. Opportunities like this do not come around very often!

• Excellent skills in Excel, Quickbooks (or similar software)
• Ability to travel (up to 25%)
• International experience (Canada/Mexico) is a plus but not required
