Job Description:
International Legal Advisor, in house attorney. Deal specifically with Mexican laws re: import/export and distribution issues. Provide advice on International transactions. Must have knowledge and understanding of Mexican legal system, laws and regulations to protect the company. Required to gather relevant legal materials and must be familiar with Mexico’s applicable laws and regulations. Work with competent attorneys in Mexico and play an active role in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and other legal documents. Protect the company’s assets and business.

Job Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Law & International Affairs, 2 years experience & knowledge of Mexico’s import/export laws, and must speak fluent Spanish
