Job Description:
Seeking part time administrative assistant

Small, boutique independent sales rep firm; with
one of the best rosters of commercial directors and
post artists in the world. We are small, (2 people)
and looking for a third to join us to take on the
administrative assistant duties as well as some
personal assistant work on occasion. This is a great
opportunity to learn about the process of
advertising production. You’ll be exposed to the
top talent and work in advertising and will gain
experience in dealing with professionals in the
industry.

Duties include:
-Answering phones
-Filing
-Gathering specs and creating lead sheets
-Sending online reels and DVDs
-Researching agency personnel, new commercial
work and viral campaigns and keeping sales
representatives updated with fresh data
-Keeping all incoming boards organized and sent
to the proper executive producers and directors
-Arranging travel and screenings for sales trips
-General office management

Looking for M-F, 11am –4pm. Some flexibility but
looking for 25 hours per week commitment.
Must be Mac literate preferably with own laptop,
energetic and enthusiastic, reliable help with strong
work ethic!
