Job Description:
We are in search of a personable and experienced Account/Project Manager. The Account/Project Manager will need to be an enthusiastic team player with terrific managing and multitasking skills, able to stay organized while working closely with Managing Director, designers, administrative staff, clients, and suppliers, and possessing superb customer service and accounting skills.
Job Requirements:
Required Professional Skills:
-Experience (4 years minimum) in project management for brand development, marketing collaterals/communications, interactive/website design and development.
-Experience in print and web production.
-Mastery in all phases of the design life cycle, including: conceptualization; development; budgeting; scheduling; creating proposal; obtaining client approvals; resources management; status reporting; deadline tracking and enforcement; execution; deliverables; and close-out (also from a billing standpoint).
-Excellence in client interface and customer service
-Outstanding ability to coordinate requests from the various parties involved in projects (clients, designers, suppliers, printers, illustrators, photographers, writers, stock agencies, etc.)
-Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills
-Excellent prioritizing skills
-Familiarity with FileMaker Pro database, Job Capture and Fast Track.
-Experience working with MS Word and MS Excel for Macintosh software
-Multilingual a plus
