Job Description:
Collect and verify all the required information to complete the loan application. Underwrite FHA/VA mortgages Evaluates loan risk by verifying loan application information; verifying application information against loan criteria guidelines and standards. Clarifies risk by requesting additional information. Rejects loans by identifying and documenting deficiencies; returning application to loan officer. Ranks risk by estimating degree of risk; noting any additional requirements; forwarding to loan committee. Provides loan control information by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends. Accomplishes organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Job Requirements:
At least 2 years experience as a FHA/VA Underwriter experience. Both purchase and refinance. Great communications skills and computer knowledge.
