SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST NEEDED!!!

This person will need to be able to prepare and update Excel Spreadsheets with weekly data from cimpro or an SAP database.

They will be working closely with Customer Service, Supply Planners and shipping/receiving personnel in trying to resolve product availability issues.

Would like to have someone who is assertive and willing to take the initiative to go the extra mile to ensure the job gets done in a timely manner.

Cimpro data bases
1. refreshing MRP schedules to ensure demand signals flowing from Cimpro to SAP - daily
2. forecast upload - DP data into Cimpro - weekly
3. master data review and revisions - monthly analysis, updating as necessary
4. Intercompany movement transaction data entry - moves between Cimpro and SAP locations - daily
5. Product availability reviews - run exception reports and alert distribution facilities of shortages

SAP data bases
1. ATP - availability to promise checks - identifying and alerting production & distribution sites of shortages.
2. master data review and revisions - monthly analysis, requesting master data update requests as necessary.
3. safety stock analysis - updates to SAP
4. double checking in SAP ensuring that Cimpro demand successfully flowing between systems.
