Research suitable locations, analyze feasibility and potential for companies requiring development of physical plants, utilizing principles of technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, engineering and related physical and natural sciences. Review plans, designs, layout and physical requirements for commercial sites and buildings; Analyze economic evaluation, including potential physical and health hazards; Analyze properties for environmental problems and issues, by applying principles of chemical engineering; Maintaining communication with clients, their internal professional, and engineers in coordinating activities.
