Job Description:
Primary responsibilities include:
-preparation and review of the company’s consolidated federal income tax return and other federal compliance, including coordination and review of data geneated by the Sectors
-supervision of compliance staff in the Tax department and the maintenance of the Tax filing system.

Other responsibilities include:
-preparation and review of quarterly federal income tax estimated tax payments and other projects and assignments as directed by the Partners.
