Job Description:
We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to lead an elite team in our client’s commercial space sciences division. Your job will be to lead space payload system programs throughout the life of the projects. Duties include:
Manage customer relationships
Work to ensure technical, cost, and schedule objectives for assigned program(s) are met by Program Managers/Deputy Program Managers and integrated product team.
Maintain a customer satisfaction - on time and on budget
Provide management oversight for all aspects of program execution activity
Provide monthly financial reporting with profit and revenue projections

Job Requirements:
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering is required, BSEE preferred. MS/MBA a strong plus.
P&L responsibility; managing programs greater than $50M in value
15 years of experience in the engineering design and management of space qualified E/O systems.
Working knowledge of: Earned Value Management, FARS and DFARS, export and ITAR regulations
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook and Project
Excellent managing and team building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in strategic planning and negotiation
Knowledge of remote sensing payloads and experience working with U.S. government and international customers are very desirable.
