Job Description:
We have an immediate opening for an experienced Fuel Control Engineering Manager in Rockford, IL. In this role, in will be your job to provide leadership to the engineers who are tasked with the design and development of engine fuels controls and related hardware.

Responsibilities include:

· Budgetary responsibility for various locations
· Product cost reduction
· Providing technical leadership
· Staffing and resource allocation
· Assisting business development managers as needed
· Develop strategic plans for the fuel control products

Job Requirements:
Requirements:

BS/BA

10 years of relevant professional experience

U.S. citizenship or Permanent Residency

Experience in design and analysis of fuel valves and related components.

Working knowledge of analysis/calculations of loads, flows, pressure drop, material selections, and stress

Great communication skills

Leadership ability

Minimal travel (5-10%) is required for this position.
