Job Description:
Produce timely, accurate and meaningful financial statements and analyses using reporting tools and data mining techniques. Prepares complex automated dashboard and reporting models for reporting key performance by each reporting unit. Prepare Global consolidated monthly, quarterly and year to date budget analyses workpapers and reports for management and the board. Serves as business office liaison with University personnel in Slovakia; provides financial analyses of European operations and transactions, ensures accurate reporting and forecasting. Sets up reporting structure and tools necessary for the reporting. Prepares Global analyses and reports of current and historical tuition, instruction and expense data and trends to support management decision making and board presentations. Preparation of financial forecasts for prospective new programs and sites and subsequently analyzes operating results. Collaborates with the Controller and European staff to develop and maintain accounting systems and financial reporting packages to facilitate the preparation of consolidated financial reports and analyses. Supports the annual budget process, working closely with department head, the Controller and the CFO. Financial department liaison and prepares the annual budget instructions and provides training. Develops budget system with support. Loads and maintains annual budget in GL system. Coordinates and updates for any budget changes during the year.
Job Requirements:
Masters in accounting, finance or business. Fluency in Slovak language
