Job Description:
This is a great opportunity if you are serious about working in the Real Estate or Mortgage Banking industry. The Assistant Financial Officer in this position will work on a part-time basis acquiring the skills, attitude, and client-relationship management experience for building a strong career. Each Assistant Financial Officer will have structured training and oversight. The Assistant Financial Officer will work directly with experienced Mortgage Bankers and are encouraged to ask questions and develop relationships with them. The opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry is priceless.
Duties:
* Consult homeowner's current home loan and their goal
* Determine what options we can provide for their client
* Pull client's Credit with authorization and review credit with client
* Assess and support Mortgage Banker's during the consultation
* Learn to use Zillow, Cyberhomes, Sollen, and Encompass
Job Requirements:

You are an entrepreneur at heart, and have a passion for sales, but need to learn more about the Mortgage Banking industry before becoming an Officer. You are self-disciplined, and you value results over activity. You’re never afraid to pick up the phone and perform always ethically. Lastly, you have a ton of energy and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* High School or Equivalent
* Career interest in the Real Estate/Mortgage Banking industry
* Aptitude for sales and customer service
* Desire for part-time, 10-20 hours per week, non-benefited position
* Great position for students, entry level graduates, or extra income
