Job Description:
Winder Operator - The Winder Operator is expected to wind as much paper as possible during his/her shift without compromising quality or safety. He/she is expected to make changes to Operating Parameters as required for production or quality issues. The Operator is expected to minimize downtime and paper losses and to account for any downtime or any tons held, joblotted or rejected on his/her shift. The Operator is responsible for the start up and the shutting down of the Winder when it becomes necessary.

Job Requirements:
Winder Operator with 3+ years paper mill experience. IMAC provide $35 per day Per Diem, Lodging (hotel/motel), Travel (airfare/mileage), and local tranportation.
