Job Description:
Paper Machine Operator - (Must have experience running either wet or dry end). Wet End Operator - uses distributive control systems to monitor the machine from the headbox to the dryers. Responsible for monitoring pumps, flows, valves, and testing. Makes adjustments of paper, computer system monitoring (Pi), reviews trends, trouble shoots any issues, understand chemicals, make rounds, and is the hourly leader of the crew. Dry-End Operator - oversees operations from dryers to winder with understanding of steam system, watches the sheet for sheet properties and adjusts the equipment accordingly, detects defects, troubleshoots, and leads the crew. Maintains a running schedule and coordinate the winding crew. Both positions (wet end and dry end) are important to the operation of the complex.

Job Requirements:
Paper Mill "Wet or Dry end" Back Tender with 3+ years paper mill experience. IMAC provide $35 per day Per Diem, Lodging (hotel/motel), Travel (airfare/mileage), and local tranportation.
