ABOUT THE JOB
Bath & Body Works has successfully launched its first 8 stores in Canada! As we continue to grow in the Canadian market, we are looking for individuals with Retail Management background to join our growing company as part of the Store Leadership Team at our West Edmonton Mall location. Management positions play a key role growing our brand, fostering our company culture for our associates and creating a unique and memorable shopping experience for our customers.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous Store Management experience needed
• Proven track record of successfully managing in a high transaction environment — beauty industry experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
• Proven ability to build and sustain sales results with a strong desire to exceed expectations
• Strong coaching, leadership, supervisory and customer service skills
• Customer obsessed, stores centric and passionate
