Job Description:
A Different and revolutionary Advertising Company is looking for Sales Representatives in the South West Dallas region (Dallas, Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, Duncanville).
Skills/Requirements:
• At least 2 years of media sales experience with an Advertising Sales organization (radio, print, advertising, publishing, etc). Prior work experience with advertising/marketing organizations.
• Exceptional relationship building techniques
• Strong written, excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven experience closing sales contracts
• Great problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
• A strong work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it done attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Generate new accounts and/or working existing accounts (cold calling, B2B sales, B2C, relationship building)
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Not required
Salary will be straight commission at the beginning ($3k to $5k per month). But salary could be adjusted to base plus commissions depending on the success of the candidate. This is a 1099 contract employee position with no benefits.
